‘Evil knuckleheads’: Elon Musk speaks out amid new revelations on Cybertruck blast at Trump Hotel

Tesla founder Elon Musk has spoken out over the incident involving a Cybertruck which exploded outside Donald Trump’s Las Vegas hotel.

The explosion killed one person who was inside the Tesla Cybertruck at the time while several others were left injured.

The blast outside the Trump International Hotel is being investigated as a potential act of terrorism.

“The evil knuckleheads picked the wrong vehicle for a terrorist attack. Cybertruck actually contained the explosion and directed the blast upwards. Not even the glass doors of the lobby were broken,” Mr Musk said in a post to X.

How stupid. Musk just said to the world at large, "plan for explosions being directed upwards by the blast when selecting the Tesla truck for your bomb transportation vehicle." Seriously. Not that the evil wouldn't figure that out, but do we really need to give those who are BOTH evil and stupid crib sheets?

Also in all seriousness, the best a Green Beret with extensive experience and specialized training in counterterrorism could manage was gas tanks, campfire supplies, and fireworks? I do not for a single moment believe that's the best he could come up with. Not every Green Beret is MacGyver, but I could have come up with something more effective - and saved those I left behind a good bit of money by renting an F150 pickup that would have been more successful for the task.

Also, can we PLEASE address the mental well-being of our military veterans already? I don't know a single vet with any significant amount of in action experience who has not had truly serious mental health issues except for one guy whose wife is a mental health professional. (Remembering my cousin's youngest daughter, whose husband came home from his last deployment and unalived her and their 3 daughters. He was unalived himself a week later by police, who were called to investigate a smell in their apartment. My cousin breaks down to this day when he talks about her - he had to identify his daughter and grandchildren. If the military is going to create killers, it better make sure they're provided with EVERYTHING they need to avoid destroying themselves and/or their loved ones when they're back in civilian life. We literally owe them everything they could possibly require to readjust to a life where one's survival doesn't depend on jumping at absolutely every sensory input - and sleep untroubled by endless horrific nightmares.
