The diver chased the octopus to that very spot so that the eel can attack it that was pretty sad.

Daytime tako are seen in daylight . Nighttime tako are seen at night by divers with flashlights., or by fisherman using torches. This beautiful tako is prey to the eel.

I think the octopus escaped because that demon fish mistook the cameraman for it's target and the octopus managed to slip away.
