This is really a testament to the determination and capability of sharks, as well as the adaptation of moray eels.

A moray eel that’s 20-25 feet long will be the stuff of nightmares even for us humans. It’s actually one of the simplest and coolest predatory designs created by nature. It very possible that we might find something similar as alien life on other water worlds.

Just remember folks, going to the reef and a moment you'll see a moral eel that has a second yaw just like the movie ALIEN, have a good horror day.

When I was 17 I caught a moray eel off the rocks on a small rod at Tomakin southest New South Wales, down in Australia. I didn't let him go, he unhooked himself and disappeared. A moment I will truly never forget.

That eel has some serious anger management issues, and the shark is now scarred for life.

I’ve fed eels before. All of them were tiny next to these Morays. I was using tongs about a foot long, feeding them raw shrimp with vitamins and garlic (makes digestion smoother). It was like tug of war with these guys. I can’t imagine how strong this one is.

Wow the shark actually escaped after getting that far in

a baby shark has a lot more strength than regular fish. I remember I caught a baby shark during a deep sea fishing around Cape Cod. It looks like the baby shark still make a move that can damage the Eel's mouth/throat if he didn't spit it out.
