Well, actually that plate on Bourrasque's 3D style are not random numbers, it is actually an easter egg related to French movie called "Taxi" :) 1998 - this year France won World Cup in football, ZZ 10 - Zinedine Zidane, number 10 in team. Main character in a movie wore a Zinedine Zidane shirt and was driving white Peugeot, that is why that style is white, also style description explains a lot.
