Ένα πολύ σοβαρό επεισόδιο, σημειώθηκε στα σύνορα Συρίας - Ισραήλ, στην περιοχή των Υψωμάτων του Γκολάν, όπου Ισραηλινά άρματα μάχης, άνοιξαν πυρ εναντίον υπόπτων, που κινούντουσαν κοντά σε Ισραηλινές δυνάμεις, που βρίσκονται εκεί.
Πιο συγκεκριμένα και όπως αναφέρουν ξένα μέσα ενημέρωσης, οι Ισραηλινές ένοπλες δυνάμεις, σε σύντομη ανακοίνωση που εξέδωσαν, είπαν ότι κατά τη διάρκεια στρατιωτικής δραστηριότητας στα Υψώματα του Γκολάν, στρατιώτες εντόπισαν υπόπτους, κοντά σε θέση του στρατού και άνοιξαν πυρ εναντίον τους, με χρήση αρμάτων μάχης.
Οι ύποπτοι τράπηκαν σε φυγή και απομακρύνθηκαν μακριά, μέσα στο Συριακό έδαφος.
Αν και τα ύποπτα άτομα δεν έχουν ταυτοποιηθεί, εικάζεται ότι πολύ πιθανόν να ανήκαν στην φιλοιρανική οργάνωση της Χεζμπολάχ, η οποία θέλησε έτσι να δοκιμάσει, να τεστάρει, την ετοιμότητα και την αποφασιστικότητα των Ισραηλινών δυνάμεων, που όμως στάθηκαν στο ύψος των περιστάσεων και τους έκαναν να τραπούν σε φυγή, σαν αρουραίοι.

A very serious incident took place on the Syrian-Israeli border, in the Golan Heights, where Israeli tanks opened fire on suspects moving near Israeli forces which were there.
More specifically, and according to foreign media reports, the Israeli Defense Forces, in a short statement issued, said that during military activity in the Golan Heights, soldiers located suspects near a military position and opened fire in their direction from tanks.
The suspects fled and moved away far into Syrian territory.
Although the suspects have not been identified, it is likely that they belonged to the pro-Iranian Hezbollah group, which wanted to test the readiness and determination of the Israeli forces, but unfortunately for them, they reacted perfect and made them flee, like rats.
