Bro, that "bin day" automation is on point. Love the NFC tag to reset it.

I also use my motion sensors for follow-me music. I have Sonos speakers in all rooms and the one the middle of the house acts as the master (always start the music there). When I enter a room, this Sonos speaker automatically joins the master speaker and starts playing the same music. Same with un-join when leaving the room.

I have a Samsung frame TV. It shows artwork when you’re not watching the television. What do you suggest for a motion detector that would trigger the TV to come on to show Art? I’m trying to figure out how this set up would be. Do I need the Samsung TV to plug into something that communicates with the sensor.

I am using sonoff motion sensor, but its annoying I get fake detection, and also small minute flies are so getting detected. For security purpose I want only human presence sensor is there any?

Love this video however. Iv got the aqara p1 and I carnt connect it to my 4th gen echo. Iv reset it and tried to add it over and over again. The device shows up but then says there a problem with it. Do you have any advice on how to get it directly connected to the echo with zigbee. Thank you

3:23 i wonder whats the precentage that anyone ever has had any useful notification on the "alarm" setting, that somebody is in their home.. that wasn't false alarm or someone that was allowed to be there, and then being able to do anything useful with that information, that would result in an outcome that is better than what would have happened without that system :)
