You can actually don’t lose hope if your under 13!
So once I put my parent’s email in for my account so I can join voice chat I know that stupid but it was a long time ago then I could only join the all ages experiences, not the nine and up experiences which was really annoying because at the time I was 10 I try going to privacy and then I figured out what to do. All you have to do is ask your parents or guardian to write a pin and then change it to 13 and up experiences. This will make you be able to join nine an up and 13 and I have no matter how old you are this worked for me I’m really sorry if it doesn’t work for you, but I am 99% Sure it should!
