You should upgrade your smart link implant. The free one you get from the quest doesn't work against tiger claw members. You bullets will fly everywhere but on target.

Here's a cool tip got an item you want to use but cant cause it a higher lv, sell it at a drop point use the dupe glitch to get it back and boom, the item is now at your current lv and you don't have to wait.

There's so much more to this dupe glitch than people have caught on too. Making a video soon, like how you can go to any place on the map and get any item for free.

Buy what you want from any vendor, of course you have to have some money to start with, after you bought what you want, sell the vendor those paintings to get all your money back, exit the screen, go back into there sell menu and buy back the paintings.
Now you just got everything you bought for free.

The first house you go to in this video there is another Legendary item at that location. Go to the roof of the house and behind the bar is the Legendary Sandevistan: Arasaka Software Cyberware Mod

Near entrance for the last weapon and inside a small building on the right there is another Perk shard!

There are also 2 perk shards not far from where you find the shingen mark V. There are no enemies there. Just cameras. In one of the rooms there's an underground level where you will find briefcases with perk shards.

It is get able to get Cocktail Stick after the main Clouds run. The area the leads to Judy when meeting Maiko - there is a ladder the is bound up to a lower level. Go down to it and continue forward and go over two jumps and a window into clouds can be opened.

I think you can still get the cocktail stick, you can definitely get inside clouds again, teleport back to Megabuilding HB on Japantown - Westbrook (where clouds club is) climb the stairs take the elevator to Clouds, take a left to go up the first set of stairs, keep going forward until you have to turn left, jump through a balcony to get on top of a metal pathway take some steps forward and make a left as if you were going to Maiko's Office, remember that place? But as you take that left notice the ladder right by your left side, drop it down so you can climb back up if you don't have double jump, go down and from there just jump twice through the platforms and you will see a pink letter sign saying karaoke and a window, open the window and go inside, from there you're inside clouds just go where the cocktail stick is.

in arasaka industrial park there are 2 perk card, go in the control tower and go up down stairs for the first and down strair for the second

there are two more perk shards in the last factory you talked about in this video. One in the tunnels beneath the buildings, the other on the second floor of a small building to the right after entering the facility.

Just a heads up but when finding a perk shard make sure you press learn... If you pick it up you basically lose it. I’m on Xbox and load two before I figured this out.. lame.

You can also get Genjiroh on the Takemura main quest, the first one you need to talk to Hanako, and if you didn't you can still go there and get it. I think the quest name is Play it safe.

During the mission Ex-Factor you need to get to a balcony, if you go one balcony down there is a shutter you can open and you are back in the bar!

I noticed as I looked around the area with the legendary smart smg that down a set of stairs to the right of the gate is another perk shard in a chest as well as another in a building to the left of the gate on the top floor. idk if you mentioned either of those since. Thanks for the videos.

Where you got the last weapon when you go in there is a building on the left and at the first floor and last floor you can get 2 perk points as well
