My favorite feel good game has to be "the coin game"
You just wander around an arcade-based island populated by robots
You can play arcade games, get tickets, get prizes, do a bunny hop while doing a wheelie and break the game, and enjoy its great, low quality style. It sounds terrible when i describe it like that but it kinda is terrible at times, in the most perfect, nostolgic way.

My favorite feel good game is "Hidden Folks". Its like a black and white wheres Waldo and all the sound effects are voices trying to mimmick the real sounds. Its fantastic.

My first experience with Wobbledogs was one of my friends sending me pics of their dogs named ethan. Yes it's lowercase. Basically, he's grown so big that I had to make a room just for him, and he's still too big. He breaks the physics engine and my heart.

I wholeheartedly recommend APICO as a great "feel good" game. Basically tending to bees in a chill island. Sure you could sweat it and try to optimize everything and bee the fastest but tbh I found no in game incentive. Plus a small but colorful cast of various NPC. It's just been released so it's a bit messy but mostly relegated to the multiplayer. Also updates are planned to add more content.

Another great game in the same "genre" is "Tracks: the train set game". Remember those wooden train sets? That without those pesky physics ruining your over the top ideas. You can have both full sandbox play or you can have stations and need to bring passengers from one to another.

Townscaper is only a game in the loosest sense, it's, as the dev says, more of a toy, but it's very relaxing to just build your little (or big) town for your hypothetical citizens

Thanks for the recommendations sniss, I'll definitely check out Cozy Grove on a sale. Kind Words (lo fi chill beats to write to) is one of my favorite cozy games when I need to vent after a bad day and try to put some of my own good out into the world.
