Mina was below weakened AM at this point in time quite obviously, so off of that, we can accurately say weakened AM is at least 4c, lowballed as he's so much faster than the class at this point they couldn't perceive him switching places with Bakugo. This could qualify for 4x faster below minimum and a confident 7x faster due to it being stated to be beyond Bakugo’s perception, and Deku’s too. At this point in time, both were above Mina by a long shot, and Bakugo was already regarded as one of the top tiers of the class along with Shoto. Weakened AM is 60x weaker than Prime AM, he states that in his prime it would've taken him 5 punches to beat the Nomu, but it took him 300 blows. 300/5 = 60. So, using this, 7c x 60 = Prime AM. Deku at 45% states himself he's on par with all might in his prime. This is reinforced by Shigaraki, who is already stated many times to be on par with prime AM, was easily blocked by Deku when he first attacked him. To get 120% Deku we multiply 45 by 2.6 to get Deku with gearshift. Deku has a 5x amp, let me explain. Quintuple was 120% x 5. before you say it was 45% as it was overdrive which was stated to be 120%, the math would not add up simply, and Horikoshi is able to do simple arithmetic. 45 x 5 would be 225%, which means above 120%, so overdrive being that would not make sense. Quintuple was stated to be a lighter blow than Overdrive, meaning this accurately scales to Deku's AP. So final tally, lowballing: 7c x 60 x 2.6 x 5 = 5460c, which is well into MFTL+.

Shigaraki Destroyed an entire city and wasn't even full power. He can regenerate from near complete obliteration which would basically make world slash irrelivant. And can keep up with gear shift Deku who was scales FAR faster than his season 6 version who was already far faster than the speed of sound. So theres practically no way Sukuna would even be able to catch let alone see shigaraki enough to catch him with his slashes.

The only issue is Sukuna's Domain but, due to Shigaraki being faster than sound - I highly doubt Sukuna would be able to get it off in time.

Almight moves at 38thousand mile oer hour, and shigaraki is faster than him. So tell me can sukuna move at that speed??? NO i know you guys are gonna say that he is faster then hakari who reacted to lighting yayyyy, NO. We can see maki couldn’t move faster then cured spirit nayoya but she still dodged his attacks, This is reaction speed she just moved out of the way when he attacked therefore dodging it.

This applies to sukuna as well kinji hakari only reacted to it thats why he could dodge it, its not his speed. While Kashimo was fighting sukuna he threw a very fast lightning strike that moved nearly at the speed of light, so when sukuna dodged it he was FTL which is not true, he just reacted to it and moved away before he could get hit.

Yes this does mean sukuna has lightspeed reaction speed which gives him a big advantage. But the simple fact is that shiggy can just decay the ground below him destabilising sukuna then he could rush at sukuna while he was trying to get out, meaning he could just decay sukuna. And shiggy has better regeneration and better hax.

Shiggy would lose if you give sukuna knowledge of shiggy’s abilities. This would mean he would not try to have fun and pull out a ryokei tenkai and kill shigaraki. But if this is post fight against gojo sukuna can’t use domain exspansion anymore so he basically has no chance to win. And still shiggy mainly goes for the heads of his opponents first. Which means sukuna can’t use RCT unless he reacts in time.

Either way i would say this is unfair since of just how fast shiggy moves. Shiggy wins mid-high diff. And to confirm i read both of the series manga and i watched both of the anime.
