Dark hands
▪️Sometimes hands can appear darker than rest of the body. Slight difference in skin tone is normal. If there is a significant difference then we need to find the cause and treat it.

▪️Causes
➡️Excess Sun exposure
➡️Wet work
➡️Eczema or psoriasis
➡️Vitamin b12 deficiency can cause dark knuckles

Treatment:
✅Sunscreen on the hands are important. Reapply every 2 hours if you are outdoors
Wearing thin cotton gloves may help in shielding skin from sun while riding.
You can use any susncreen which you felt was too thick or or left a white cast on your hands. This is a good way to resume sunscreen that you already have.
