Tip I don't hear about is storing your pizza in plastic wrap or a ziplock bag. Biggest difference in day old pizza is the sauce and crust are dried out by the refrigerator. Storing in a plastic bag and reheating the next day keeps the pizza way fresher.

Its interesting that every comment here says their way is better. The method in the video is great, allows many slices to be heated at a time and its hands off. Will be doing it this way from now on.

I always use my toaster oven. It takes about 5-10 minutes and it's sometimes better than when it was fresh. I think it works the same way as what she is talking about with the oven. It goes in cold and it's a small enclosed space so it doesn't dry out. Plus it's faster.

I've used this way over 20 times since I've seen this video and I feel like a Chef every time. Like how did it take this old pizza amd make it new again. 😂 Thanks a couple years later

I've had great results using my air fryer. On my air fryer, I set it on bake, which defaults to 365, and set it for 4 minutes for un-preheated, 3 minutes if you already reheated a slice of pizza. But that's my air fryer, and it comes out absolutely perfect.

I reheat mine in the toaster oven. Comes out great in under 10 minutes.

pretty much the same thing ive always done in my cast iron skillet on the stovetop. put it on the lowest temp, cover, leave it for like half an hour. come back to perfectly melty and probably even crunchier crust than before. worth the wait

I found this video several years ago and have used it since then. Hands down the best results for reheating pizza I’ve experienced.

I learned a method from my son-in-law. Just use an aluminum (can be non--stick) fry pan, turn the heat on low. If the slices are small enough, it may be possible to do 2 at a time. I do not want to heat my oven just to reheat pizza. Nicest thing with this method is you can take a soggy crust to crisp if so desired but just keep an eye on it or it will burn, even on low heat. It is quick, clean and not cumbersome and won't take as much energy.

Thank you very much for this practical tip. I usually leave the leftover pizza in the middle rack and heat it for 10 minutes. The result is acceptable, but I will try your method .

Ohmygosh, all I have to change with my method is covering with foil. I had not thought of that. Gonna try this. Thank you!

I tried your method this evening for a pizza I bought last night but couldn't finish. Very impressed with the results. I like my crust thin and crispy and after re-heating, it was still crispy...and the individual slices weren't burned. Thank you!

I use a nonstick skillet for reheating pizza, but this is perfect for more slices than my skillet can hold. It's another winner, Ashley, not that I'm the least bit surprised.

I saw this on America's test kitchen a while ago. It's worth the wait. Tastes like it was just baked.

I just put the slice or slices directly on a COLD oven's rack. I then turn the oven to high ( I don't worry about a specific temperature) and after a few minutes I try the "finger test", i.e., when the sauce starts to burn my finger - it is done. This has worked really well for over 40 years.

I'm a 60+ woman
And, I've tried every way possible. TWO WORDS:
AIR FRYER. It honestly makes the leftover pizza 95% exactly like what it was hot 🔥 out of the oven!
Try it one time. Do not overlap any slices. 🎉

Just tried this. It’s the best reheated pizza I’ve ever had! Awesome!

Nonstick with a small ice cube or splash of water and then cover. The steam will heat and melt the cheese. Remove the lid, let the moisture evaporate and then the crust will crisp.
