Thank you Joseph— this video is spot on for me! What’s fascinating to me is how the illusions of separation feel so real. When I know what to do, but I don’t do it, it’s a cue that I have allowed myself to get captured by illusions/ untrue beliefs. I have to remind myself that all pain/disharmony /difficulties reflects a lack of self acceptance and belief in the truth that IAM perfect NOW. I AM perfect because I exist. All difficulties are a cue to stop and reconnect with God as God sees me, instead of analyzing and trying to problem solve my way out of the illusion! Just stop. Connect. Witness the untrue belief and let it go, like a cloud passing by in the sky. 🙏🏼❤️🕊️🕊️

I went to a pink high tea today so of course my hair decided to frizz out of control whereas when I'm in PJs and no one sees me it looks great. My friend was a model at the fashion show there and said she wanted to do an outfit for me too and have me model it, which sounded fun coz you get to walk on a glass stage with flowers inside the stage but also...sorta out of my comfort zone, especially with the hair scenario. Now I was quite frustrated by this but told myself in the mirror that I looked great. Then when I walked past a stall on the way to the high tea, the guy selling cookies said "Looking great pinky pinky" (coz I was wearing pink as per the theme) and I found the comment quite funny and he had blue eyes but then I remembered I had a bf and also he was probs just trying to sell me cookies, then he offered me free cookies (probs so I could buy some more). The modelling thing didn't end up happening tho coz of logistics and I was equally relieved and slightly disappointed. She promised that I'd do the next one. All the models there are 6'0 and taller even tho it's not a requirement. I didn't even want to do this, but I sorta wanted to convince myself that I could. Anyway just to say that intentions manifest and people do echo what you whisper in secret, it just happened today.

As always, so on point with everything that has been top of mind recently. Namely, our awareness is something we must "live" with for the rest of our experience, so why not make it a harmonious relationship? But then, even if we do experience inner dissonance in the form of mental arguments, negative self-talk, pessimism, etc., rather than trying to fight, bury, or escape from these voices, we can see it as an invitation to return to I AM -- to that divine perfect that each of us are.

I know circumstances don't matter however how to react or what mind chatter/thought to have in the moment while trying to change physical body things or healing symptoms and the contrary to what I want is showing in the mirror or in my face day by day. For example if trying to manifest clear skin and clear scalp (no dandruff) and I know it's healed but when I'm in the mirror. The opposite shows. It feels like cognitive dissonance at times because although I know imagination is the truth. Seeing the physical on my body at the moment (cleaning my shirt from dandruff) and seeing and feeling painful acne it's hard not to go into cognitive dissonance when I say/feel/know its healed
