You can hear some opera singer jump out as one of the only people who can sustain that high F in the bass lol

You can clearly see in the audience’s faces:

„Jacob, not another octave PLEASE…“ 😂

I was at this show! In Vancouver, BC towards the beginning of JC's North American tour. This was part of his 30+ minute "encore, " and was absolutely magical! Fortunately, I was in the middle section, so I didn't have to belt that high C 😂

Going to a Jacob Collier concert was one of the most magical things I have ever experienced

I was at one of his concerts. It was literally the first time I thought that I was dreaming. Man is a genius, keep it up Jacob.

If he went any higher, that loud guy would've exploded lmao

Not only is he talented, but he can also make his audience sound like a choir group

Just did this in Copenhagen three days ago. A video cannot do the sensation justice. After a full concert of absolute brilliant music the audience gets to feel apart of Jacobs world. Everybody should experience that man live!

Basically the definition of harmonic magic.

I love the dudes just giving up and popping low Fs at the end. xD (Also shoutout to the operatic soprano who was sustaining the (...unironically named, as it turns out...) soprano C!)

if you're ever in a bind to hire a choir, you can always just go to a jacob collier show

Just amazing what happens when a person like Collier is invested in something just because they LOVE what they do. "Why is he so talented?"" Because he loves it and he's just up there playing with sound. His never ending curiosity with sound is part of the reason he's so talented.

Just saw him in Stockholm, had the same feeling when it kept climbing. Just pushing way past the comfort zone lol. Amazing concert as you would imagine, just such a positive person and it shows in his music

People criticized JC's "elitist" method of choosing audience members for this concert. To those I would offer up this example of stratospheric performer/audience interaction. Nothing but good stuff happening, and it wouldn't have happened otherwise.

Regular conductor: my audience comes to hear my choir
Jacob Collier: my audience comes to **be** my choir

At this moment George doesn’t know what to choose between “is this what heavens sound like” or “when your audience is full of musicians”
