Hello I'm Teresa I'm an alcoholic. I'm listening to this recording this morning I'm sick I need to hear the message. March 1st I will have 26 years no alcohol no methamphetamine what seems to bring so much power is staying in the steps. And then learning to live sober under construction. I'm also aware that I become extremely vulnerable when I'm doing intense step work. Every morning I read step 11 in this chapter. I need this medicine and I participate in it I pray along with it I asked my higher power to give me strength and ability. I also pray for my family. And when I'm on my way to reading this chapter I get on my knees and I asked for the compulsion to drink and to use drugs to be taken
