Really helps me tune out the hustle and bustle of working in a restaurant, I was able to listen to the whole chapter while prepping salads for customers. I work long 12 hour shifts and sometimes it is hard to sit down and read my big book. Thank you for putting this together.

Get a sponsor that has recovered...and work the steps with their guidance Let God or your higher power / your definition be in the driver seat...do a moral inventory.. step four....and keep working the steps going with your sponsor and soon you can start helping ithers, very important!!
