Looks good! Honestly I would have put the ramen inside the burger, like when you have a cheese insert, then smashed it. Hopefully that would avoid the pasta getting stuck.

To carmelize onions start them off with a few spoons of water and cover them to soften them. Then ads butter to carmelize them. Takes much less time.

the secret to speeding up caramelising onion is to steam it soft first. one tip from bon appetit is to add water to the pan of onions then cover with a lid. the onions will both steam and by the time the water is gone, itll start to caramelise. it cuts the time down by at laest half
