If somebody wants to rebuild they should be able to rebuild it's nobody's business. Ask the people out west that go through tornadoes every single year maybe they shouldn't rebuild . Maybe you should ask the people in the mountains of North Carolina and Tennessee who have lost their homes due to floods maybe you all think they shouldn't rebuild either even though they live in the mountains away from water

Stayed at the keystone motel and ate at hurricanes restaurant there on the corner ate at the seahorse breakfast restaurant and now it's all destroyed it's so sad to see all these beautiful areas destroyed if I owned a home or business near the coast I would sell thier is no way I would rebuild living in zephryhills is close enough to the water as I would like to be even thinking about moving further inland or northern Florida prayers to all that lost there life's and property but think about it folks before rebuilding and staying sell and get out while you can ..
