Bless the poor guy. He may not have the ability to get to the podiatrist’s office. I have no idea what he was saying, how did the doctor understand him. Wonder if he’s had a stroke or something. Gosh, I hope he’ll be able to stay on top of those nails from here on out.

Dr Binh showed his caring and empathetic side at the end of the video. I love it when he jokes around but you could tell he was really concerned about this man. I took my dad every 8 weeks until he passed. He had neuropathy and grew callouses so he wouldn’t know if there was a problem. Unfortunately some people can’t count on or do not have family to help.

Earlier in the comments, he mentioned this man has a complicated medical history. With those clubbed nails, I really hope he's getting the respiratory and cardiac care he needs. Heck, maybe even the liver care. Good to know he can at least get some quality foot care to enable him to do what he needs to do.

Both my siblings had special needs and I thank God every day we have great parents that took amazing care of all three of us, especially my brother and sister. We didn't want for anything growing up. By what I saw makes me wonder if he had a close family member or friend to help him with some of his basic hygiene needs.😢 I am so glad you were able to help this gentleman! ❤️
