This universe began as a singularity, a tiny unified ball of energy. Everything that we have ever known and experienced emerged from this same one "Source Energy," and in this sense, all is one. And of course, you and I are also expressions of this source energy, this "unified field" of energy...

We are one with the whole, we are each deeply interconnected to the reality around us. This means that our "internal" reality is in many ways tied to the way our "external" reality appears. Through our states of consciousness, we affect life more profoundly than we are consciously aware of.
