Face Blurring Feature | No permission to use others' Faces in your Video? | English

Don't you have permission to use others' faces in your video? Do you want to avoid privacy or copyright issues? I'm posting the complete source code so you can use it to avoid such problems.

This face blurring is achieved using a face parser to get the face mask and then blur the face image to get the final image.
