The cause of the delays is that there is a great deal of product being moved. And this is caused by monetary policy. People have more money to spend.

There are many American experts on Ukraine and USA that say that the USA is responsible for the conflict and not Putin. Listen to the experts on YouTube. Most of them are academics who are experts in this area.

I agree, though I'm still not sure whether sanctions will improve Russia long term or even protect people in foreign countries like Western Ukraine from future likely Russian aggression.
