Can I get the seat reserved from round 1 or 2 to second extended round if I don't get the seat I am looking for from round 1 & 2? From your same example: Round 1-- PES CS allotted, I choose choice 2 & go to round 2. RV IS allotted or not allotted in round 2 and again I choose choice 2 and looking for RV CS/IS in round 3. In this case can I still get either PES CS or RV IS or RV CS in 2nd extended round as per the availability of the seat?
