Artists develop many ways to avoid drawing the things they can't draw. I'm talking about hands, feet, eyes, and more. In this video, I'll alienate artists by teaching different ways you can be counterproductive and limiting. You're welcome!

I love the fact that we just never learn how to draw them 😅

Like for example, the other day I tried drawing hands which I just suck at and I drew the left hand almost perfect on the first try so I just left that hand alone then I tried the other hand and after like 20 tries I just gave up so I just covered it up. 😊

I can draw the second eye..And you can too!!
Tut:
Draw and eye (draw it until you got the muscle memory in you r hand)
Then try and do it backwards by following the motion that you used on the other eye.

I have gotten to the point where, in anything i draw with a person, if they are facing even slightly to one side, the other eye vanishes. The further to the side, the more hair shows. It is now apart of my style and i refuse to stop. If you stay consistent enough, people just assume its your art style and how you draw perspective!

That's so true though. I've been drawing for 15 years and some days drawing the other eye or a hand is the hardest freak'n thing to get right so SWOOPY HAIR AND POCKETS TO THE RESCUE

I too draw hair or eye patch on one eye cause i can't draw both eye same... Or make them look like they are sleeping 😂

It took me so long to feel comfortable drawing the human body. I had to draw 1000s of them before i became competent.. even still, I do smart tracing to help me out quite often 😅

I love how it's always the symmetrical details that irritate us. Like eyes, hands, feet, etc. always draw the first one perfect, and the second never measures up, even after 20 tries. ❤ I see you, I feel your pain.

I always try to avoid eyes, they always mess up my proportions, I usually just draw really futuristic and cool looking Specs.
