Im from Finland, it is quite small window in the summer when there is little rain and insects😅
We have a saying here "Finnish summer is very short but there is very little of snow!"...
Also, gotta love the hospitality of those small towns and villages, people are willing to help! (No matter where you are in the globe)

Crazy to watch you almost bike past my summerhouse in Sweden (close to Charlottenberg), and then end the episode by going to my home country of Denmark. What an amazing adventure :)

Last minute IKEAs are very dangerous.
It is better to avoid them as much as possible.
Fortunately, you only came across one. 😄

Great video. I look forward to more.

Amazing video, thanks. I agree with another comment, be yourself, you did great. Personally, I applaud you for doing this in, what I presume is, a second language.

Heerlijke video’s!
Leuk! 👍👍👍

So fun to follow this series, i hope to do the european divide some day, or at least some parts of it. In this episode you passed through the area where i'm from; close to Fullsjön, or Borgvattnet (where the haunted house is). Love to see such a small and remote area get recognition

Looking forward to the upcoming episodes :) good inspiration

Amazing progress! Really enjoying your story and film! Your distance (as another commenter wrote) is impressive - not sure, with the elevation and roads that is doable by many (yes, you do get fit as you go - but wow!). Again, terrific film and looking forward to more!

Hey guys, I was on the same flight to Kirkenes and started the EDT the night we arrived, then I saw you the next day as I was heading back from Grense Jacobselv and you were heading out there. Great so see and recognise so many roads, lakes, bridges, trails, campsites, shops, scenes, and even the campsite reindeer at Inari! Although I was only just ahead of you, did a similar daily distance, and didn’t see you again, I seemed to have had generally less rain than you did. I didn’t take any video but instead published a daily blog, let me know if you’re interested and I’ll send you the link 😀

Just an FYI: Sweden has the Right to Public Access (Allemansrätten), meaning you can camp pretty much anywhare you want, without asking permission.

You do not need to find a cabin or camping spot, just keep away from built up areas and it's 100% legal.
