I just discovered The Good Doctor last year and have caught up with all the episodes just to learn that it is being discontinued. This is very heart breaking! It would be great if they would have it so you could watch reruns on demand whenever you want

I have watched all seven series of the "The Good Doctor" and came away with what a cut throat industry medicine is! It is all about money and self interest(by the fueding doctors competing for their interest in being top dog). I live in Canada and it is the same. I gave up my practice as "a Consultant Surgeon" in 2018 as it just became a nightmare that most certainly did not have the patients best interests at the core!

I don't want this to end. Why can't we have a few more seasons when Grey's Anatomy is literally renewing for a 21th season. I wanted to see Shawn and Steve grow up together and Dr.Glassman making amends with shawn. So much more

Well, it's over and it was quite a season!!! 10 year time skip in the end. The ultimate fates of the main characters:

Glassman: died of his brain cancer 3 to 6 months after the primary events of the final episode.
Lim: left to help out in Ukraine. Didn't see that one coming personally!!! I thought that she was going to go to Chicago where Clay was.
Lea: still married to Shaun, now with a daughter alongside Steve.
Shaun: still married to Lea with a family, now the Chief of Surgery and co-head of the Dr. Aaron Glassman Foundation for Neurodiversity in Medicine.
Claire: survived, although she lost her left arm. Married Jared and have a daughter together and leads the Dr. Aaron Glassman Foundation for Neurodiversity in Medicine along with Shaun.
Morgan and Park: happily married and adopted Eden.
Asher: murdered partway through the season.
Jordan: reconnected with and ultimately married Danny Perez.
Jerome: apparently moved on from Asher's death eventually and found someone else.
Charlie: became a St. Bons Attending herself.
Dom: opened his own clinic and is no longer squeamish around blood.
