Try this awesome, in-home, total body superset BAND workout! It's a 22-23 minute workout that can be done anytime and I promise you, it will get your blood flowing and your heart pumping!

*Play your favorite workout songs while doing this*

This is a full length video that you can do with me from start to finish. I offer progressions and regressions and talk you through it. If at anytime you need to take a break you can always pause it!

Here is the workout flow:
40 seconds of work
10 seconds of rest
Supersetting between 2 movements for 4 cycles
40 second break
Repeat for 3 more supersets.
