Good info! Many people don’t understand how to analyze stocks in general. At the bare minimum, this is a great starting point

Good stuff! Thanks for the info. Trying to minimize the total holdings in my portfolio, I have too many holdings to keep track of them all. Ive heard that 20-30 stocks is a good target, but i have 40 right now

This is the video I've been looking for! This whole time I was like "he's just picking large companies", but it makes sense to look at the dividends. When you say an increase in dividends, I'm assuming that's a relative percentage over a quarter? a year?

Coincidentally, I’ve just released this exact same video from my own perspective, literally 2 hours ago. We have a very similar approach too Brad.

Shocking that the data, e.g. payout ratio, varies so much from site to site. What is the most accurate, frequently updated, reliable site for the key data?

So I have about $2000 to start investing. Would it be better to put that towards building a strong, diversified dividend portfolio (dividends are what I'm mostly interested in right now) and then as my income grows expand in to other types of investments or spread the 2000 across several types of investments?

I feel like you are missing your dividend’s 3yr growth rate and 5yr growth rate.

Good content! Everyone should have at least a strong starting point and then develop their own methods behind it.

I do not understand NGG's Dividend Pay Outs AT ALL. Seems like Twice a Year with an occasional Special. So I don't know how to expect that 4.522 in 2021, or if that 6.91% Yield is accurate.

They've paid 2.261 so far. So it seems they have 2.261 left to pay... but looking at the history they've never literally split the payments evenly like that outside of 2014... and they had 3 Payments that year and the 3rd on (the regular Nov Payment) was NOT even.
