Wow that Hannibal point is wrong. He pushed into the Alps as a strategic manuvere which proved on to be a brilliant one (later Napoleon copied this). He lost because he was a brilliant general and others in Carthage were worried about his power and influence after the war. They did not send him reinforcements or supplies except for a small number of cavalry and elephants. He defeated the Romans repeatedly and the Battle of Cannae is a testament to his genius. He didn't push past the limits, the Carthaginians literally handicapped him. Had he received reinforcements, he would've besieged Rome, and history would've a lot lot different.

The Roman Empire didn't fall, ROME fell, but the empire became the catholic church. (Like the British didn't fall, they became a bank.) 🫡

In high school I often skipped classes and insted kept watching documentaries on youtube regarding empires and kept playing games like empire total war..

People believed i won't get anywhere in life..and that was also what i was suspecting..

But many years later when i started learning businesses and investing, all those skipped classes didnt go to waste because the strategies of capitalism and imperialism were like twins..

While most people who were new to business and investing were struggling to change their mindsets in order to adapt, my journey is so natural because of all those skipped classes 😅
