I also agree that from the outside it doesn't look like a restaurant either! They need to add "Full Scratch Kitchen" to their signage outside. How else will people know its a restaurant?

Well reading the menu always helps, the sauce on the shrimp burger/sandwich is a remoulade. The wings seem to be not on their menu at the moment anymore, reviews (though few) are very good. And I think it is connected to a boutique hotel (so they also have a breakfast menu) plus their drinks offerings show that it is also focusing that.
