I’ve always loved cooking, but when I first started I was very hesitant because something would always go wrong and I would get really frustrated with myself. I always wanted my food to be perfect. Once I realized to not care about the result but the process of making something, is when I really began to enjoy cooking.
I also recommend starting with things you enjoy to eat
