One thing I love about The Dark Danny is his self awareness, how he is still able to acknowledge his past life and friends, despite now being anything but human. Even compliments them, granted in a more twisted way.

I think my favorite line (which was partially cut from the video) was “Hahaha, you are such a child. You promised?” I don’t know why, but the way Eric Roberts delivered that line is just great.

1:00 I love how AWARE of the emotions he WOULD have about himself seeing his former loved ones. You'd think he'd just forget everything about them because he forsook his humanity, and it wouldn't matter. But no, he still even misses Tuckers sense of humor "in his weaker moments". He still recalls the time spent playing games with his friends, and he still knows how his older sister Jazz was always smarter than he gave her credit for, that was something past/present Danny never even admitted, showing unexpected foresight into Dannys mind. Despite all the guff he gives his sister for being a "know it all", he secretly acknowledges her genuine intellect.

Man you think that an Oscar winning actor like Eric Roberts would have phoned in his performance because its a kids show, but he is having the time of his life playing this role. I really hope if they continue the show one day they Bring him back!
