50/50 Arm Bar I Stole From Dean Lister

This is a 50/50 arm bar that I learned from Dean Lister. It is an awesome move if you can get them to commit to the collar tie.

I was inspired to make this video after I saw a reverse arm bar video from @PathfinderJiuJitsuTeam . I have had some trouble getting the reverse arm bar to work off of the pant grab, and I prefer setting it up off the collar tie, but then again, I'm not Dean Lister!

Glad you like the move. I like that 50/50 collar tie version! Dean has a lot of awesome tricks that make our lives on the mats much easier...haha.
