The Canadians were not ready for Team America, they know who they have to beat to make it count. We were practicing plays against the last few opponents once up 3 or four goals.

Canada definitely 2nd best. They seem to allow the USA to dominate and accept it. I simply don't understand. Canada severely lacks the mental fortitude to play the USA - it's not about their ability.

This always happens between Canada and the USA. In the group game one team wins and then these two meet in the finals and the other team wins. No disrespect to the other countries but it’s basically a two team World Cup year after year. Unfortunately though the other countries are getting better it’s just not a good tournament because the Canadians and the Americans are in a different class.
