Dude, this was such a well-balanced video in terms of the explanations of the dishes, the recommendations, a brief geographical and historical summary, and the humility and likability of Erwan, among other things. It didn’t even feel like 24 minutes of a video because I looked forward to what was next and was really drawn in to the contents and context.
