Getting much easier than it was. As well as your sponsors who sound great Charles Tyrwhitt extra or super slim sizes or TM Lewin fitted or super fitted sizes are great slim cuts. I find 34 inch length jeans or trousers are fairly widespread these days and the current fashion for slimmer cuts looks great on tall people, so overall much easier than it was

As a 193 cm tall guy I agree with most of what you said, great tips! I'd add that ASOS has a TALL collection and most stuff that I ordered fit nicely in the sleeves and trouser legs. Also a good tip is to wear thick materials that fit nicely - e.g. thick sweaters, t-shirts etc. Another really good winter tip is to wear coats or elongated jackets that go below the waist and above the knee - it really suits the tall figure. Also jeans usually don't look as well, I now almost exclusively wear trousers with or without pleats.

I am 2m tall and have had better results with Itailor than Deoveritas, Next do trousers with inside leg of 36" and some at 38" . Shoes from Herring, as they have a vast array of sizes available.

About 90-95% of off-the-rack stuff in the UK is not suited to anyone north of about 6'1~6'3. New Look, H&M, River Island? Forget it unless you're willing to compromise on baggy neck, bunching up on the shoulders, baggy torso (causing that 'sails in the wind' look) etc. I find Marks & Spencer have a lot of long fitting jeans and suits. But they don't have many options for casual shirts and t-shirts. There are *some* online specialists that cater to tall guys at a price; BUT the UK still has a LONG way to go for choices in this market when compared to America.

Hey man thanks for the advice I am 7 ft tall and I always had a problem with the t-shirt and the shirts because they were a bit baggy near the waist

I'm 6'2" but I have big quads so I have a problem with jeans.
They are literally tearing on me😅

I'm 6.0 feet and some t shirts are just too short for me (i'm not even that tall) so i feel bad for anyone who is taller or even lads who are shorter than the average size. Shopping around is the key personally for me uniqlo works the best. their t shirt length is just about right and they are only 15 bucks.

I'm 6'5" (196cm) and 180lbs (82kg) and until relatively recently, buying clothes meant an endless scavenger hunt that usually resulted in disappointment. I've bought a lot of clothes that I never ended up wearing more than a few times because I had to settle for garments that only kinda fit and were not very flattering. I've made two major changes that changed the way I dress. First I discovered the power of tailoring. I can now buy clothes that are close to fitting and then have them altered to fit the way clothes should fit. Second, in the last year I finally pulled the trigger on made-to-measure and haven't looked back. Granted, most (not all) MTM stuff is suits and dress shirts (or at least button ups), but it's changed the way I buy clothes. Between tailoring and MTM, I've replaced most of my wardrobe in the last year and am now able to dress appropriately for work and feel confident in how I look. I actually spend less on clothes now despite the added costs of tailoring and MTM because I can actually wear the garments I buy. As a side note, there are a few clothing companies here in the US that cater to freaks like me, but the style selection is usually limited and I still end up having to have these items tailored. I'm actually considering buying a sewing machine and trying my hand at tailoring. Oh, the plight of the tall skinny guy.

Great vid Ben!

I'm 13 and have been wearing men sizes since I was 10, clothes that are long enough at too wide and vice versa

I’m 180cm (5’11) and quite built (78kg), 16 years old, which is very awkward. I’m below average in length and above average in weight for my age in my country, finding jeans that fit my legs properly and arent waaaay too long is close to impossible

HELP!The assumption in many of the web sites is you as a customer are able to design clothes that look good n you, you cannot.Recently, my beloved all 280llbs wandered off to a custom clothier to get some suits, he was measured and photographed the suit material and the suits were a disappointment whilst the fit was excellent, see he works on the roads whilst the guy taking the measurements was a tailor not a "what"?There has to be someone that bridges that gap, that can see the material on someone built like a rugby player and whose weight will yo-yo during the winter and summer.Any suggestions anyone?

Tyson Fury is anything but "a skinny tall guy". That man is a behemoth and weighs 260 almost.

BTW there is 150 pounds of weight difference between the two pictures you put in your thumbnail.
