Back in 2014, cybersecurity specialists were alerted about a cyber attack on one of the biggest Russian banks. However, nobody could have guessed that they had just discovered the largest attack on financial institutions to ever be discovered.

The attack was uncovered by the Russian cyber security company Kaspersky Lab.
