The most famous of a group of unaccompanied motets by Bruckner, "Locus Iste" shifts from a hushed and reverential opening to a thrilling climax and back again. A miniature marvel of choral writing, filmed at St Bartholomew the Great, London.

安东·布鲁克纳(Anton Bruckner)-《轨迹》-《特内布雷》,由奈杰尔·肖特(Nigel Short)指挥

One of the premium choirs in the world. Utterly gorgeous. Transcendentally sublime!

The whole choir does such a fantastic job, but my Lord those bases strike the perfect balance of support, warmth, and strength, all without overpowering or bellowing. Just perfect

Gosh, this reminded me of how much I miss singing. It used to be such a joy singing in choirs! I miss it so much 😌

Perfection in blend, tone, consonants, entrances and cutoffs. The finest choir around!

This is such a beautiful thing. I feel so lucky I'm able to hear something so amazing, and anywhere I'm listening I can still feel goosebumps with every performance.

Bruckner's motets are the finest of the 19th century, masterpieces of the post baroque and Renaissance styles. Tenebrae really nailed it here.

This is, as always, amazing. But I admit that I found myself looking for that incredible soprano from Miserere mei, Deus.

Tenebrae es la calidad. De sus voces, de su empaste, de su afinación y de sus matices tan exquisitos. ¡¡¡Felicidades!!!

First of all, the voices are just beautiful. Ethereally haunting and perfectly complimenting each other. I could listen to you all sing for hours. Secondly, the thing that stood out to me was how well made your videos are. I've seen so many voice choir performances shot with a camcorder or something as a second thought, but your video is as beautiful as the sounds in it. The lighting, tone, colouring, all give it a very professional and deeply curated feel. What's on-screen helps describe the arrangement clearly, like cutting across the room to a soloist sat in the rafters. I think that's an avenue to be explored, music videos for choral music. I believe there's a huge artistic amalgamation here and it's truly beautiful, keep producing masterpieces like this. Can't wait to see what you put out in the future. Best wishes and all the success :)

Om stil van te worden...zo prachtig.
Vanuit het hart gezongen dat maakt het bijzonder.
Ben geraakt door deze uitvoering...

Right now I’m drowning deep in depression and PTSD.
This piece and Miserere mei deus helping me getting my thoughts together when I’m struggling the most. I’m hearing this two pieces every day, at least once.
Thank you for creating such a masterpiece, giving me a straw when I’m about to drown in black thoughts.

What a great performance, so intimate and yet powerful! Love this ensemble and thanks for publishing such a beautiful execution. This short piece is the most beautiful by Bruckner I've ever listened to.

Locus iste a Deo factus est. "This place was made by God"...(as were the voices of this beautiful choral group!)

I literally just watched Miserere mei, Deus for the first time 10 minutes before this was uploaded and I wept.

I think God is calling me.

I was lucky enough to sing this piece when I went to "Our Lady Seat of Wisdom College". But back then it was only an academy. Good memories. Love this song. This choir sings it beautifully.
