How to solve USPTO Filing Embedded Fonts and Validation Issues

This video shows an example of me saving a PDF in a file format that seems to solve the 'embedded fonts' and non-validation issues that the USPTO online filing system sometimes comes up with, which prevents filing.

For anyone that when they are doing it only see save as a pdf and no other options, you are on the online version of Microsoft word. If you go to the desktop version you should see it. Hopefully it will save you the 3 hours I wasted on the phone talking to different customer support people

How do I remove special characters from my pdf location, the site will not let me upload them because of the forward slashes and I'm not sure how to remove them????

It keeps saying file naming convention is incorrect...do you know anything about this?

I am receiving said errors. This solution might work for my Specification file which was created in Google Docs but I don't see how it will work on the following files "with errors:" SB16, which is a downloaded "fillable PDF" mandated from the uspto site and then my drawings, which were formerly jpgs which the uspto site mandated to save as PDFs. Please advise. TYIA

Thanks...but I have my files on a jump drive using a laptop, it doesn't give me those options, please help! I have even tried to do it in Google docs and it is not working..😓
