It's official. The USPTO is the coolest government agency! Their energy is consistently: positive, welcoming, thoroughly helpful and educating. A very much needed breath of fresh air!

Am I the only person here that thinks the sounds/looks like an informational video from the 50's?

The opening put me a little on edge. It sounds like something you'd see from Aperture Science

You should never patent through an invention marketing company; they will do nothing, or ask too much such as legal ownership of the patent. Getting unknown people involed is a high risk.

Great work on your video! I’ll send this to friends and family who have questions about the process. (I am a patent agent and sometimes it’s useful to have something for those elementary questions)

I want to patent a law the removes every single solitary speck of advertising from this day forward. Facebook, youtube, television, radio, billboards, semi trucks, stock cars... Everything.

I would prefere a video where I'm explained very clear what I need to know, than one with visual effects and music.
As for all the advices (read this, read that), they're useless. For example, I am dyslexic & ADD, and I have read lots of materials through Google. Understood nothing!

Having had patents issued by the USPTO, I feel having a German patent issued would be more prestigious and more likely for my inventions to get commercialized.

Hi, could I say the patent will be
most likely to be granted if it
goes to the publication? I mean
as long as there's no objection,
then you should get a pass?

If you are applying for a Provisional Patent Application and filing yourself and you want to upload color pictures and color AutoCad drawings. Which do you click on in the drop down menu to the right of the picture file name that you add just before you click on (Upload & Validate) in the USPTO EFSWedUnregistered site? 1. Drawings-only black and white line drawings. 2. Drawings-other than black and white line drawings. 3. A petition from Applicant to accept Color Drawwings or Color Photographs. Also if you click on this one is there a form to fill out.
Please tell me what to do!!!
