In 2014, I was an administrator for a large us company in NYC, making 55k a year and was replaced in by a H1B Visa worker who was paid less money. H1B Visa will be abused if allowed to continue as in the past. Perhaps the new administration could use all the new IRS agents to audit companies staff and make sure H1B Visas applied to top talent shortages where there truly is a shortage of US citizens to hire.

Dan is great and all, but claiming that officers died from the events of Jan 6th is a lie. He's either being wilfully ignorant or intentionally misleading.

Could someone tell me what police officers were killed during the J6 riots? I have been unable to find that any police officer were killed during the riots.

I would counter Dan on the purported violent actors on 1/6 with the fact that none of what I saw on Jan 6 came close to what we saw here in Minneapolis after George Floyd. And Minneapolis was destroyed by those protests and has never fully recovered. Those protesters were being bailed out afterward by people like Kamala Harris. A pardon from Trump for Jan 6 is small potatoes comparatively IMO.

How about holding the false flag agitators accountable? Many of the coherest guilty pleas were bogus. The sentences were over the top and beyond reason. The incarceration for years before trial was unconstitutional.

Dan is starting 2025 off with a screw loose. The transition to Trump has been pretty amazing compared to 2016 and the mess of how bad they tried to thwart him last go around. He’s usually pretty balanced but this is reaching.

If h1b visa is just a way to cheap out on wages for business owners, it's time to get rid of that

The problem is not just the H1 B visas, or the high end at the your typical University high end Tier 2 to Tier 3 level of support, but at the entry level at the Tier 1 to Tier 2 level, Fortune 500 companies have outsourced to overseas, not even a US based contractor, their Service Desk and general Tier 2 support levels (Starting into Tier 3 and even Architect level now), these are the entry level tech jobs that progress into the high end, we are in the process of destroying your entry level progression to a good middle wage income, what your typical self taught geek in High School to Community College IT Grad to Career IT worker.

The H1B Visa worker shortage is a smoke screen, these companies sit back and say all day long that they have no qualified workers for these positions, knowing all good and well that they have killed off all the jobs that would naturally progress into these jobs.

Dan, there were no police officers killed on J6. This is a lazy comment at best. There was only one person killed on J6 and she was an air force veteran.
