Breaking the light barrier isn't science fiction anymore. In 2024, physicists detected space-time distortions that matched Star Trek's warp drive equations. From quantum tunneling to artificial black holes, discover how five "impossible" technologies are becoming reality in physics labs right now.

There's no way faster than light travel would be possible for solid matter within the electomagnetic spectrum. In a way where matter beginning to move through the universe faster than light would itself become particle-wave of energy, as the matter colliding with what little matter is floating around in the universe would grind it into it's most basic components as the energy dissipates and it all comes to match lightspeed and decelerrates into a laser of destruction for whatever is it's path.

Wormholes or teleportation would be the only feasible route for fast travel throughout the universe. Bending gravity to pull craft at high speeds can only be done under light speed.

None of that was explained correctly. Just made people dumber
