Grape picking is a seasonal job. The grape pickers cannot pick grapes in the winter, spring, or early summer because the grapes are not ripe. Does your article mention what source of income the pickers have the rest of the year? If they are not illegal immigrants then there are social services available to help them and find them decent occupations. So many questions.

I would love that they have the same rules as any financial institutions where the ceo never can say that they didn't know as they will go to jail if any kind of money laundering etc is found.
