France is now akin to the UAE.
There is an overall lack of humanity. This is the problem.
"The richest street in the world." The irony.
I seriously doubt many people who buy luxury actually really are concerned with this. Thank you for touching base on this subject and making such informative videos.
Influencers have a huge responsibility. Thank you for touching upon the topic of inhumane working conditions. Too many ignorant consumers simply don't care. Others don't know but would care if they knew.
We have to keep exposing these exploitative industries.

Thank you for talking about worker rights and the human rights violations these disgusting corporations engage in every day. They are getting their comeuppance, there is only so much people can take and we will eventually rise up…power to workers 🌹

Greed has no bounds. It is just disgusting. My heart just hurts for those victims. It just makes me sick.

Thank you for bringing this to light. A quick google search shows that this not new, there are news articles from at least 2020. So horrible that these stories of exploitation keep coming in all areas of our lives and over many years.

Love the Chanel necklace and brooch. Your hair looks awesome too.

Been seeing videos about the “death of luxury” and “quiet luxury” for a while now. The Dior incident was eye opening. Who is getting appropriately paid for their work? I’m not confident even Hermès workers get a decent share!

Thanks for shedding light on this Dacob… when people have criticized me for spending money on quality fair trade clothing i can barely hold back from asking them what the true cost is of their “cheaper” clothing.
Buy less, buy better.

It is so sad that some people do not know how to treat each other decent and respectful.❤

FYI…Moët, the T is not silent. Moët was Dutch. The Dutch pronounce the T. Moët was married to Chandon’s daughter, who was French. I’ve been to Epernay. Took the tour at M&C.

This is disgraceful. What sector of luxury is free of morally corrupt practices? Chile!!!

This all sounds like Steinbeck's Grapes of Wrath. It makes me sad.

I love your necklace. It is so sad the workers have to work under such deplorable conditions

Grape picking is a seasonal job. The grape pickers cannot pick grapes in the winter, spring, or early summer because the grapes are not ripe. Does your article mention what source of income the pickers have the rest of the year? If they are not illegal immigrants then there are social services available to help them and find them decent occupations. So many questions.

I would love that they have the same rules as any financial institutions where the ceo never can say that they didn't know as they will go to jail if any kind of money laundering etc is found. These rules should apply to all companies that ceo is responsible for everything and will go to jail. I think suddenly a lot of people would be interested what's going on in their companies when their own ass is on the line.

This is Dickensian. I hate to say it maybe they need to conduct regular raids on the place and demand the passports. Hit the vineyard owners where it counts when it comes to the money. I didn't realize that generated that much revenue that's just insane 😞 of course Dior had a clue in the same way that Balenciaga did when they were doing that campaign.

Soo DISGUSTING !!! This video is similar to the one you did a year ago, about the sweatshop conditions in Chanel factories making handbags that are exploiting NATIVE FRENCH PEOPLE !!!

i don't understand the disclaimer "this channel is...not rooted in truth or facts" when the whole point of this channel is to report on luxury and fashion scoop - oftentimes supported by journalism and published evidence.

that said, what he's reporting on is critical.
