Day 58 of our 2023 Bible Study following the Bible Recap reading plan. Today we are studying Numbers 8-10 where the Levite’s are dedicated into service, and the Israelites celebrate their first Passover in the wilderness before they pack up and take their first steps towards the Promised Land.

Numbers 8 with the seven lampstands reminds me of the Seven Churches in Revelation. It solidifies that God knows the end in the beginning of it all. I love how the Levites could go in the Tabernacle of Meeting to only do service for the Priest. It's like whether we are Jew or Gentile we are to just serve God and only do His will not our own. Only to serve Him and walk out His will. Jesus is our High Priest and we have been grafted in to serve Him, sharing His love and being a light in this 🌎 world. Our purpose is to serve Him. Amen.

Good morning! Love doing bible study in the morning...start the day off right...
We are still here in Todos Santos baja mexico but we are heading north back to canada on saturday in the truck camper....still cold and snow on the ground back home so i am not excited to go back eventhough we have a wedding and a new grandbaby pulling us to head back...

Every morning I sit in a spot on my couch with my bible, resources and coffee. It’s my most favorite time of day.

I watch in the early mornings. I have difficulty sleeping due to arthritis pain and migraines and learned years ago to make the best of the extra time since I am awake anyway. I enjoy coffee, which soothes the headaches and watching these videos and learning about the Bible keeps my mind occupied with the positive. I've been searching for a good Bible study group and absolutely love this! Thank you!

I’m a day behind…I do my study at night most of the time…because of my work schedule…last night I didn’t get to do this one…it posted after I had gone to bed, I’m up at 0430…but it’s all good I just catch when I can😂❤

I don't have a special Bible study routine at this time. Probably because I don't currently have a place I can stay in my own home. We're in a semi-empty nest phase with one recent college grad back home for now (and taking over my office space) and the other still in college, so home sporadically. My husband retired last year, so I'm kinda cramped at the moment with people and stuff in places they weren't before. I just take my Bible to work with me and read there as I can, read at home any old time, I do things during long waits for appts or while I'm getting my allergy shots, quiet Saturday mornings, before bed, etc. All that matters to me is I am in His word as much as possible. It helps me stay in His presence. I hope to reclaim some kind of space of my own soon though!
