Dynamic FOPDT Example Problem

First Order Plus Time Delay (FOPDT) models are a method to approximate a dynamic response. In this example problem, the level in a two tank system is manipulated by changing a valve at the top of the first tank. The system dynamics for the level are recorded and fit to an FOPDT model both with a graphical approach and with an optimization approach.
