At about 1:47 I say Larian instead of Owlcat, I recently was editing a video about BG3 for like 12 hours and didn't notice. I hope once the shock and pain of this tragic mistake has passed we can all move on as stronger people together as a community. I am deeply sorry for my careless and hurtful actions.

I really hope the companion hag is counted as a pet rather than a summon because if it counts as a pet it will make a very interesting lich that was otherwise forced to take sylvan sorc for full pet/caster potential

God, I love Necromancy. (In games I should clarify) And the Reanimator already sounds right up my alley! I haven't touched Wrath of the Righteous yet but I for sure gotta now. woo!

I know you don't like it but I love the Hunter in general and all the shared Tactics; for me the Tandem Executioner sounds great, probably will do a Aeon run with it; Reanimator sounds amazing because of the reasons you cited but also because Lich is one of the few archetypes can enhanced alchemist bombs, giving them the energy drain property. Like you said, Prophet of Pestillence= Swarm and the Weretouched sounds like it could go well with Trickster. For me I would say the Tandem Executioner and Reanimator are at the top of my list. I don't have the time or energy to zip through games like you so I am torn if I want to start a new playthrough because 40K is right around the corner as well and I only really have time for one big CRPG at a time, going to be a tough decision. Are you going to do a playthrough with any of the new archetypes?

I really, REALLY hope this DLC goes all the way to 20, and not just 5 levels like the first one. Having 3 separate 20 level campaigns in one game would be the best cost/gameplay value ever. Also they have an adult dragon and a demon lord in there, which would be really weird to fight at level 10.

But also because having a non mythic campaign in there will scratch my Kingmaker itch, with a lot more classes, enemies, items, etc.

Here's also hoping they add unique items for all the non lich mythic paths. Inevitable Excess gives you that Lich helm from the cover art, that you can get in every subsequent lich playthrough, but the rest of the paths have nothing like that.

Owlcat and Larian are my two favourite gaming studios at the moment. The level of respect towards the players and the games they have made are exceptional.
And you Morty are my favourite go to for games, of this genre, reviews and updates. Would have not known of this last one if not for your vid. Keep up the good work . I rarely comment but I have been following for a few years now.

These are some potent and kind of ghoulish classes ha ha. Definitely captures that certain horror background of the tabletop game with the rich Halloween atmosphere with the manuals. Thanks for the great info and excellently done video with the just right mix of visual and spoken input.

I was hoping for a summoner that would make summons actually worth using. Guess I will have to try out the reanimator alchemist.

Almost 300 hours in the game and now I'm tempted to do yet another run, but there are so many damn good games out right now. Vagrus just dropped a new DLC, Colony Ship is out, Remnant 2 DLC is out soon and Rogue Trader is right around the corner. There are too many good games out all at once to handle.

I haven't seen or at least remember any enemy that does int damage on my 50hr playthrough, so I don't think the barb is going to be an issue.
