HOW TO MAKE: French Macarons (fool proof recipe)

RECIPE:
3/4 cup of Almond Flour
1 cup of Icing/Powdered Sugar
2 egg whites
1/4 cup of Granulated Sugar (regular sugar)
1-2 drops of Gel Coloring

305/310 degrees for 12 minutes

Butter Cream:
1 stick of Unsalted Butter
1 1/2 cup of Icing/Powdered Sugar

Guys a tip for when your mixing all the ingredients together, try to make a figure eight with the batter, and if you can’t then that means it’s under mixed, if you can it means it’s mixed enough

It says fool proof but macarons are the hardest thing to make and never fool proof because if you over or undermix one tiny bit the whole thing gets ruined

As a French person, it's pronounced Macaron with one O but it's okay.

dont know about anybody else but when she ran the mixer and banged the pan on the table, both times i had my volume up and it hurt so bad XD thanks for the vid so helpful!!!

I'm watching videos on how to make these bc they're my favorite and I don't have any bakeries around that make them.😢
A trick I saw, to get the parchment to stick to the pan, is to pipe a small dot in each corner of the pan and then stick your parchment paper down onto them. Kinda like little glue dots. Just thought I'd share that. It worked in the other video and I'll be trying it out for myself!

A little tip to get room temp butter:
Put in the microwave for 5 seconds, turn and do another five seconds, do again, but the last turn do 3 seconds
