I love the dreaded mixing stage lol...but I'm extremely stubborn & look at it more like some personal affront that WILL NOT DEFEAT ME!!!! than something sane, y'know like...baking cookies 🤣

I am usually an Italian meringue swear-by-er but this take makes a lot of sense. Plus it makes the idea of just whipping up some macarons seem not much more of a task than any other cookie, which is a great motivator. 👍🏼😁

I just wanted to let you know that on your site for this recipe, you say to it use almond meal, but then you have a picture of almond meal, and you also say in the directions to sift the almond “meal”. I just wanted to let you know that in case that needed to be corrected. Otherwise, this looks great!

If I use baking paper, after baking do I leave them (on paper) on tray or transfer (on paper) to a wire rack so they don’t keep cooking on the hot tray?
