Please can u give the estimated cost of 2 bedroom bungalow with no concrete fascia and hidden or slanting roof up to the roofing sheet thanks.

This estimation is on a very low side. First of all, 1000 block is not enough for foundation of 3 bed bungallow. 4 length of 12mm rod is not enough and 100 cement is not enough. It is only the price off the granite that is close or on the high side. Other items are on a very low side. Block today is around #500, cement is #7800. Sharp sand is #70000 for 15tons
