Authentic Chicago Style Deep Dish Pizza: Gino's Pizza East (Food Review)

Deep dish pizza in the heart of Texas. Today, we are getting some Chicago style deep dish pizza from Gino's Pizza East. Gino's was opened in 1966, and is famous because the deep dish pizza is cooked with the cheese on the bottom, then the toppings and then the sauce. But, we didn't go to Chicago today, we did the next best thing and took a trip to Arlington, Texas. It happened to be happy hour and we got 2 deep dish pizzas for $28. whenever i find myself in New York there is one place that I always have to go to. It is a small pizza place that you may not of heard of. It is the best slice of pizza I have ever had and its amazing that I have never seen it in a professional publication. I doubt you have heard of it, its name is Sbarro pizza

Great review Ryan! What good timing to go and have the pizza half off. That works great. Like you planned it that way! Those pizzas looked HUGE! WOW...that would have been very expensive pizza! I probably would have like it, but I am still a thin crust fan. I like a thin crispy pizza where you have a lot of toppings. Where you can taste all the toppings in a great way. Sure seems like you had a good trip and a great meal! I am sure ONE slice will get you full for the rest of the day. I could smell the pizza from here. Hope you are doing well Ryan and keeping safe. Omg I LOVE GINOS EAST!! It is hands down my favorite pizza🙌 I got to go to the downtown Chicago location last year and it just made me so happy 😊 Like you said, the pizza just gets you so fired up...that think buttery crust and zesty sauce on top...and the CHEESE PULL in the middle!!! The restaurant has a cool vibe too bc it's grafitti themed and you can write and draw on the tables and walls. I didn't know there was one in TX. That's so cool!!

You can get Lou Malnati’s pizza, here in Chicago, shipped to you frozen. Heat it up in the oven & it’s as good as if you were in the restaurant
